Exercises To Boost Female Libido
Your libido is a fickle thing. Sometimes it will be raging, and other times you might feel like a search party couldn't find it. Many people will blame these fluctuations on age, diet, or exercise but in reality it's a combination of all three. If you spend your days in front of the computer for 10 hours, you won't have a libido that's as active as someone who rides a bike for 30 minutes each day. This doesn't mean you are inferior, people just have different lifestyles. Believe it or not, there are many exercises you can do at home that will increase your libido.
One of the most common exercises is the Kegel exercise. This is simply contracting and releasing the muscles that control your vagina and areas close by. Studies have shown that by simply clenching and releasing these muscles for a few minutes a day can help you be in the mood more often and even have better sex. If you are sitting here reading this, why not give it a try right now! Don't do too many or the muscles may get fatigued.
The other exercises are, unfortunately, exercises. This includes squats, aerobics, and anything you could do in a gym. By simply adding 20 minutes of working out three times a week, you can drastically improve your overall health and this will be noticed in every area of your life including the bedroom. Some women get really excited right after working out because the blood is flowing and your brain releases tons of endorphins during physical activity.
Remember, you don't have to exercise by yourself. It can be great to have a supportive partner join you and you can motivate each other with a nice reward system later in the day. There are many websites that will have diagrams of exercises you can do at home and might even offer something you can print out so you can keep track of your progress. If you are very out of shape, start small. Take a walk to your local grocery store every day but don't get anything unhealthy. Grab a bottle of water and a small snack instead.
