Why Role Play With Intimate Partner?
Let's face it, no matter who you are and how exciting your life may be, eventually things in the bedroom will lose its flair. This might not be so if you are heavily religious and only have sex once or twice a month for breeding purposes. For the rest of us, things will get stale eventually and it's up to our imagination to keep everything exciting. One of the best ways to add some excitement to the bedroom is to add some role playing elements. No this doesn't mean playing Dungeons and Dragons with your nerdy friends in some basement.
Adding some role playing to your love life can be a fun and expressive way for you and your partner to live out some fantasies and get a little break from each other. That sounds bad but people will get sick of seeing each other over and over forever. Instead, spice things up a little!
This doesn't have to be very complicated like writing scripts and rehearsing scenes but can be very simple like wearing a wig, some glasses, or buying some cool outfits you normally wouldn't wear. Some people might even like taking their little act in public if they live in a larger city and can go somewhere anonymously. This could be anything from being a secret agent meeting his contact in a restaurant to pretending not to know each other at a bar. Little things like that can be very exciting for people stuck in a normal routine.
If you want to go a little further, you can act out scenes in your bedroom. Who doesn't want to dress their partner like a cheerleader or Xena and have a little fun? Now is your chance. The number one reason people don't go through with role playing is because it sounds embarrassing or you might think your partner is sick of you. It should be easy to come to an agreement and just remember to start off small. Instead of the latex monster from space, start with a simple librarian outfit or something cool leftover from Halloween or a party.
